AUCTIONS
HOW we GATHER our INFORMATION
As Auctioneers to enable us to run an AUCTION and allow you to purchase and/or sell at any of our Auctions we require your Business or Personal - name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address initially to allow you to receive a Buyers Number and secondly to send out any sale proceeds documentation.
We sometimes are given bank details if you are a seller and wish sale proceeds to be paid by BACS and a VAT number is required if you are a Seller and require VAT to be added to the price of the Goods.  This information will be stored on our secure Auction programme.

USE of INFORMATION
We use this information for our day to day customer and prospect management - to provide Buyers and/or Sellers Invoices for any purchases/transactions - you as a customer may make and accounts administration.
We require to store any Accounting information for at least 7 years after the transaction has taken place.
We also hold this information in order to comply with any applicable Laws and/or Legislation.

THIRD PARTY – SHARING
This information would be available to our Accountant and any UK Public/Regulatory Authority that is Compulsory by Law, but will be kept secure at all times.

Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our contact us page or via email, the data will be collated into an email and received buy our devices using our gdpr compliant google business suite.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER
If you chose/choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to mailchimp who provide us with email marketing services. The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems.

Your email address will remain within mailchimp’s database for as long as we continue to use mailchimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email.
