Terms of Sale - ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE PAID ON DAY OF SALE BY CASH, CARD OR BACS.
REGISTRATION: Buyers please register and obtain a number at the Auction Office prior to purchasing. Anyone who has registered before please use the same buyers number (can be reminded of number in Office if required).
UPLIFT: Items to be uplifted on day of Sale or Sunday. Arrangements for removal and storage of goods can be made. Forklift will be available to assist with heavy items BUT NOT until the conclusion of the Auction on Saturday afternoon.
Commission Charges: BUYERS:- 15% + VAT up to £200, 10% + VAT £201 to £999 then 5% + VAT £1000 and over
LOT NUMBERS marked with a “v” in catalogue are fully VATABLE items.
Commission Bids:- Anyone unable to attend the Sale can leave commission bids but please contact us prior to Saturday.
Telephone Bids for larger value items can be arranged.
ORDER of SALE – Sale will commence at 10.30am with Lot 1, another Auctioneer will commence at a later time as above.
OUTSIDE items will commence at approx. 2.30pm
